Home Inspection/Septic/Water Well/Well Water Testing

All State Home Inspections

The inspection is a visual inspection of the components of the house that are accessible. It is not an exhaustive inspection of components that are accessible. The Home Inspection does not imply any sort of warranty on the components inspected and there are many components that cannot be accessed, such as components covered by drywall and insulation. If it can be seen I will do my best to identify any problems that do not conform to today’s construction and safety standards.

See links below to learn more about the Home Inspection and what is included in the Home Inspection.

About Bryan

I started out in the Construction Industry in the early 80’s shortly after High School working for a large cabinet company in Tarrant County where I learned a lot about how houses were constructed. After a short period of time, I became a design consultant and later headed up the drafting and design department. After several years of this, I decided that I did not like being cooped up in an office; so I hired on with a residential home framing company and framed many houses throughout the DFW metroplex.

While working as a custom home framer, I started out in college as an Architectural Major but somehow got into the Criminal Justice program. In the early 1990’s, I attended the Regional Police Academy in Tarrant County. At about the same time period, I started my own cabinet and remodeling company. In 1994, I became a Licensed Peace Officer and started working in a suburb of Fort Worth TX and trying to run my fledgling company. After several years of doing double duty between the PD and my company, I decided to focus on my expanding Cabinet and Remodel Company and got out of Law Enforcement. In 2005, my shop that was located in Arlington, Texas was flooded and all of my machinery was lost. I tried for about a year to get the cabinet company back up and going; but it was not cost effective. I closed down the companies in 2006 and went back into Law Enforcement. During the following years, I was a Patrol Officer, Detective, Evidence Room Tech. and a Certified Police Instructor. I finished my career in Law Enforcement in 2018 as a Deputy Sherriff.

Half of my life has been in the construction and remodel industry and the other half being devoted to law enforcement and those experiences have given me an eye for detail.
